Red River Chapter
Charity Event, March 20, 2021
Lewisville, Texas (Dallas area)

The Red River Chapter put on a charity event for Patriot Paws and
it drew an excellent crowd.  The Patriot Paws organization
provides a service dog for veterans who are in need of a service dog to
help with daily living.

The host was Huffines Chevrolet, which is located right
off I-35 East just north of Dallas.

There were many C-1's there and it drew a crowd of onlookers,
including the technicians in the Repair Department!

Huffines Chevrolet went out of their way to provide a great
venue for the event.  They provided lunch and matched the
contributions, bringing the total to over $3000.00!

And you could tell right away that these are really good dogs.

Patriot Paws brought two dogs so we could see how well trained
they are and also the special "vest" that they wear.

It was a beautiful spring day and everyone is itching to get out after
being shut in for a year due to Corona.  And that made for a good turnout!
