Solid Axle Corvette Club
2014 National Convention,
Lancaster, Pennsylvania

The Host Hotel was the DoubleTree Resort in Lancaster.  This
was a superb location for our convention.

The Chapters meeting went well.

Don't forget, these cars are driven and enjoyed.

On Solid Ground Editor Ken Amrick at the podium.

SACC Vice President Brad Bean was in the driver's seat for this fantastic convention.  Thanks, Brad!!

And just by accident (sure) the next day was opening for Corvettes
at Carlisle in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Here you see the SACC area which is the first thing any visitor encounters on entering the main gate.

Here's a real good bird's eye view.

Another nice overhead view.

New members were signed up.

SACC President Max Brockhouse was a celebrity judge, and
his pick was this 1960 with original paint.  Ok, maybe sunburned
a bit.  It is owned by Tom Zimmer.

But it wasn't totally all about cars, either.  Something for
history buffs.  Here is part of the gang out front of
President James Buchanan's house.

Well, that was a brief run-down of the 2014 convention and also Corvettes at Carlisle.  All photos were from Max Brockhouse's camera
as I was unable to attend due to a health problem.  So get ready for next year's convention which will be in Fife, Washington.
